FLYouth

FLYouth is our youth groups for all youth of all ages; from birth to high school. Youth are split into groups based on age and grade with activities and events planned throughout the year for each group.  Our groups are:

  • FLYkids (birth through 5th grade)
  • FLYjr (6th grade to 8th grade)
  • FLYhigh (9th grade to 12th grade)

FLYkids

FLYkids is our youth group that encompasses youth birth through 5th grade. FLYkids is where fellowship meets fun and learning, seeing how our lives connects with God.  It is a space for our youth to build friendships and learn God loves them.  


FLYkids activities include:

  • Sunday School (Sept.-May) at 10:00 am each Sunday
  • Monthly activities of fellowship and fun
  • Special events such as church camp, First Communion education, acolyte training, etc.

FLYjr

FLYjr is our Jr. High youth group for students in grades 6th to 8th grade. FLYjr is a fun and exciting space to seek answers and build relationships. FLYjr invites deep questions, sharing thoughts and ideas, and building genuine relationship with peers in a non-threatening, grace-filled atmosphere. 


FLYjr activities include:

  • Sunday School on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 9:45 am on our Greene Rd location
  • Confirmation during WNL (Wednesday Night Live) each Wednesday beginning at 6:00 pm at our Greene Rd location from September through March
  • Monthly activities and service projects

FLYhigh

FLYhigh is a relational and grace-filled community of youth in 9th to 12th grade. FLYhigh desires to have meaningful community and fellowship together in a Christian atmosphere; seeking to empower leadership and life skills. 


FLYhigh activities include:


  • Sunday School on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 9:45 am on our Greene Rd location
  • FLYhigh Time at WNL (Wednesday Night Live) each Wednesday beginning at 6:00 pm at our Greene Rd location from September through March
  • Monthly activities of service and fellowship
  • Summer trips: ELCA Youth Gathering, Mission Trips, Mystery Trip, and camp at Lutherwald
