Pastor Jessica King

Pastor Jes began her call at Faith in November 2014 as the Pastor of Youth, Young Adult, and Family Ministry.  January 2021 Pastor Jes' position changed to Lead Pastor at Faith. 


Pastor Jes graduated from Wittenberg University in 2006 with a major in Religion and an Art minor and from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in 2010 with a Master of Divinity. She was ordained in August of 2010 and served at Resurrection Lutheran in Madison, Indiana before coming to Faith. 


Pastor Jes loves spending time with family and friends,  expressing herself creatively, and snuggling with her cats Brutus and Margo.

Jenna Trethewey

Jenna comes to us with over 20 years of administrative experience! She worked for 3 years at a Lutheran church in South Bend. She said that coming back to work at a Lutheran church feels like “coming home.” She is excited to serve us here!


Jenna is Brian’s wife of over 21 years, mom to two grown kids: Emily & Will, grandma Lolli to 18 month old Gwen and aunt to Maggie. Jenna is an Army veteran who loves music, hiking, reading, playing cards & board games, air conditioning, all things British & the Royal Family, the Pacific Northwest especially the Oregon coast specifically Cannon Beach and larger than life jewelry!


Her guilty pleasures are coffees that can double as desserts, embarrassing daily chocolate consumption, binging tv and devouring books at impressive speeds and spending entire days in her pajamas.


When Jenna is not in the office you can usually find her creating art in her home studio, camping or snuggling with her emotionally unstable “boggle” dog, Dinah. She loves her family more than life itself so most of her free time is spent with them or her best friend, Erin, & their shenanigans include bowling to thrifting to getting tattoos to day trips into Michigan.

Michele Murto

Michele joined the Faith Staff in 2018 as our Music Director and has transitioned to being the Director of our Choirs.  


Michele graduated from Goshen College with a BA in Music Education in 1977. However, she spent 32 years as a Probation Officer at a local Court in Goshen before retiring in 2012.


She is a chartered member of the Lake Area Community Band and has the honors of playing first chair clarinet with the band.  Michele also plays with the Grace College Community Wind Ensemble and is currently the Concertmaster for the band.
